Credential Requirements

Media credentials are required for stadium events, including Opening Day at the Cotton Bowl and select semifinal and championship matches at Toyota Stadium.

Credentials are not required for media coverage at tournament soccer complexes. However, all media personnel are expected to respect players, coaches, officials, spectators, and venue policies. Dallas Cup reserves the right to restrict access or remove individuals who disrupt tournament operations or fail to comply with event guidelines. Credential approval does not automatically guarantee field-level access or access to restricted areas.
 

Content Creators & Collaborations

Dallas Cup welcomes opportunities to collaborate with content creators throughout tournament week. Due to the high volume of requests, all potential collaborations will be reviewed and approved in advance. Priority consideration will be given to creators with previous Dallas Cup experience, a demonstrated commitment to tournament coverage, and a history of producing quality, engaging content.

Please note that submitting a media credential application does not guarantee a collaboration or promotional support from Dallas Cup.
 

Photographers & Videographers

All photographers and videographers must remain clear of team benches, technical areas, and designated restricted zones. Media personnel should wear clothing or a photographer's bib that does not conflict with team colors and are encouraged to visibly display their Dallas Cup media credentials while working.

Videographers must comply with instructions from designated Dallas Cup video personnel regarding filming locations, access, and tournament coverage.
 

Freelance Photographers

Dallas Cup waives vendor fees for freelance photographers in exchange for in-kind photo donations to support tournament coverage and promotion.

We encourage photographers to include their watermark on donated images, allowing Dallas Cup to properly identify, credit, and highlight their work. Photographers sharing tournament content on websites or social media are encouraged to tag Dallas Cup for potential reposting across our official platforms.
 

Photo Requests & Attribution

Media outlets seeking match photography to accompany their coverage are encouraged to contact Dallas Cup. We will make every effort to locate and provide available images.

We kindly request that all published photographs include appropriate photographer credit.


 

All media credential applications are subject to review and approval by Dallas Cup. Submission of an application does not guarantee credential issuance or access to tournament venues.
