Administrative & Operations Support

• Assisting with day-to-day office and tournament operations leading up to the event

• Supporting team registration, paperwork processing, and credential distribution

• Helping coordinate official team and referee photos

• Providing on-site assistance at the headquarters hotel, match venues, and special events

• Offering bilingual support (Spanish/English) — a plus but not required
   

Marketing, Media & Communications
 

• Assisting with social media planning and content creation during tournament week

• Capturing photo and video content at venues for live coverage and post-event storytelling

• Gathering story leads and assisting with press releases or feature pieces

• Supporting sponsor activations and digital content needs

• Helping manage media check-in, interviews, and press area logistics
   

Event Services & Guest Experience

• Assisting with hospitality operations, volunteer coordination, and guest services

• Supporting international team and referee arrivals and departures

• Helping ensure a professional and welcoming tournament environment for participants and fans
